As humans, the pursuit of change and progress is something that is innate to every one of us. Like it or not, there will always be things in life that we hope could be a little different, a little better in the way that daily situations & events turn out. It could be in the way we think, speak, or the way we handle everything from our finances to our relationships with others. We seek to become better -- and we should. But as I seek to improve, there is one thing I know not to chase, and that is perfection. Perfection is a trap. Do not chase perfection as a leader - chase improvement. Until I checked with Weichun, I didn’t know I was eligible to make a claim. Following his guidance, I got the necessary paperwork done up for claims purpose, and the end result was as above: $100,000 claims paid to me. Premium was waived for another policy and I was back paid the amount since the date of diagnosis. Credits to Weichun for assisting me throughout.

More importantly, he was always there to advice and assist on claims related matters. It is noteworthy that he is also a proficient estate planner, thus I am able to do up my will directly with him.
